There are loads of hotels, villas and apartment to apartments to rent in Fuerteventura. Some are good and some are not so good I´m sure. You can use Trip Advisor to check out some places as it is pretty handy and you get comments from real people too. Also I have included three places here in Corralejo that I think are worth recommending and probably good places to start. Like I said before there are loads places in Fuerteventura so you can pick and choose from where you want to spend your holiday.
