Group lessons

My group lessons are an enjoyable way to spend a day learning how to surf. I will take you with the other students to the best surf spots and help you to work on your skills and confidence in the water. The groups are always small.

Just like everybody is different, the level of the people in the group lessons are mostly all different. Still you get all the tips you need on your level. If the groups would be all the same level the lessons become less individual and it feels more like you are one number of many. By having different levels I give you the tips that you need on your level.

I explain in groups the currents and safety and let the people who have surfed before enter the water while I explain to the beginner student the basics of surfing. When the beginner students enter the water I call the advanced people out and start to help you improve your surfing where it is needed.

In 15 years experience I have learned it is better to see people surf or paddle for 15 minutes instead of hearing stories of where they have been and how they surf.I am fully qualified and teach in English, Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch. No matter if you are just starting out or you'd like to bring your surfing to a higher level, I provide a thorough explanation to suit the individual.
